You mean like an animated music videos the people make on youtube? You have to download clips from whatever anime series you want the video to be from. Then, using a movie making program such as Windows Movie Maker (though that's probably the worst one you can choose, but it's free) edit the clips to fit the song of your choice. Once you're done, press "publish video " and it will be saved on your computer. Then upload it to youtube and watch as your view count goes up and you get more subscribers :)

It depends on what program you use, and/ or if you do it traditionally, digitally, in "3D ", using clay, etc.
